Mission
It’s my hope to educate, empower, and counsel people between the ages of 12 and 18 so that they can make the healthiest possible decisions around substance use in order to prevent substance abuse or other negative consequences. I aim to do this by facilitating 90-minute Zoom meetings on numerous topics related to substance use. During which time, I intend to provide the best information I can, while encouraging participants to ask questions throughout the entire meeting. Zoom meetings will also be provided for parents, but separate from their children.
It is immeasurably important for people of any age to know that they are not alone when facing difficult decisions, so along with creating a forum filled with valuable material, I am also seeking to ensure that people feel the utmost support and compassion while trying to navigate the challenges of life.
Lastly, I want to clearly state that it is not my intention to push anyone toward abstinence from substances, nor would I ever enable or condone the use of them; again, I simply want people to have as much solid information at their disposal so they can best help themselves and those they care about to make the healthiest possible decisions around substance use.
